Mix all of the ingredients well with a fork. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and pour the dough onto the baking sheet. Lift the baking sheet and move around to spread out the dough. It should not go end to end on the baking sheet but rather create about an 8 inch circle.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
You can take the bread out after 15 minutes, poke holes using a fork and then using a pastry brush spread olive oil and sprinkle with a bit of rosemary. Return to the oven.
This also makes a good filler for salmon patties and meatloaf.
