TURKEY BURGER

Gluten Free | Soy Free | Dairy Free | Nightshade Free| Grain Free


INGREDIENTS: 


• ½ lb ground turkey (use the ground turkey found in the styrofoam tray, not the tube. Also use ground turkey that has never been frozen.)

• ¼ cup finely minced mushrooms (use a cremini or port mushroom for a deeper meaty flavor)

• Salt

• Pepper

• ½ t. Garlic powder

• ½ t. Onion powder


Mix all the ingredients and form about two patties.

Fry in a skillet in oil, or, use your grill.


Use ground turkey that has never been frozen. I like to use a food chopper like the one below to mince my mushrooms. The mushrooms not only add flavor but they also allow for a juicier burger.
