Watermelon Salsa

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups Watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup Purple onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped Cilantro
  • 2-4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons Lime juice 
  • Salt to taste


Toss all together, cover and chill for about an hour before serving.
